Terms and Conditions of sale

S.A.U.K (the company) contracts are made and orders accepted only upon and subject to these terms and conditions of business. For (private) retail consumers these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Cancellation policy

S.A.U.K sells specially made, perishable goods. There isn't much time to cancel an order however, by calling on 01825 744 188 within 48 hours of placing your initial order, then the order can be cancelled with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 30 days.

Retail orders

Payment by Paypal, cheque, postal order or money order in advance of dispatch. Goods supplied by S.A.U.K remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

Prices

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.
